As a registered licensed architect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Maryland, with over 30 years of experience in the profession of architecture, I established Green Box Development LLC in April 2010. Though the company was primarily setup as a private real estate development and investment firm, the firm has offered private clients architectural design consultation, construction, design/build and project management services since the firm’s inception. The firm prides itself in specializing in high-end, well crafted, sustainable and architecturally sensitive renovations to undervalued or distressed properties in the Greater Pittsburgh Area, as well as other parts of the country.

As the owner of a small boutique firm, I utilize my design and building expertise, along with attention to high craft to maximize the potential value to existing properties as well as augment the overall value of the neighborhood where the project is located. I function as the architect, project manager and builder.
